Press. It is welded with steel plate, so it is with good rigidity and stable precision. The crankshaft is placed lengthways and the distance of fulcrum is short, adopts wet pneumatic friction clutches and brakes with mechanical interlocks which are placed in oil of flywheel cavity, reducing the heating and noise of friction face. Compared with dry friction clutches and brakes, they have such features as higher torque, smaller volume, less wear and tear, longer service life, higher stability in combination, more agility and higher reliability in action, etc. Meanwhile a hydraulic overload protector is installed in the slide block, whose air pump and high pressure ring seal is imported. Its action is agile and reliable. Once the slide block load exceeds nominal force, hydraulic pad will unload at once and send out a signal, then slide block stops moving immediately so as to protect work piece and die set, and it can be reset automatically. The press adopts importing PLC, dual-valve, sensor type cam controller, grease lubrication system, two combined parts of air supply to control its action, and the balance cylinder adopts importing ring seal.
