The cutting conditions are important in realized 100% of the capacity of a laser cutting machine. We are condensing advanced cutting machines. The cutting condition screen, piercing condition screen and edge / approach conditions are presented as a set for clarity and improved operating convenience. The positioning operation, piercing method, and machine operations like edge cutting and so on can be set on these screens.
Six kinds of machining program (circle, track shape, rectangle, round-cornered rectangle, semi-circle, and ellipse) can be created in a short time.
Coordinate Rotation Schedule
Up to 20 cutting programs can be registered in accordance with different coordinate systems and used in a continuous cutting operation. (TLX)
Ramping Function (Option)
This function prevents the formation of craters that can happen when welding.
Multi-product Setup Patterns
Multi-Product setup (grid) cutting programs can be created in a short time.
Bolt Hole Patterns
Round or rectangular bolt hole patterns can be programmed in a short time.
Operating Status Display Screen
The execution status of the specified program can be displayed, and the cutting can also be calculated and displayed.
The schedule can be displayed and edited on this screen, and the pallets in the stocker can be managed from it/ you can select the pallet to be used for each cutting select the pallet to be used for each cutting program, or set continuous operation using tow pallets alternately.
Maintenance Check Screen
The operation time of each unit can be displayed and managed. The progress toward attainment of the stipulated inspection time is displayed on a graph. Once the stipulated inspection time has elapsed, an alarm is displayed.
